awwwww. I love you Molly! You are the great blossom of us all, you voice of gold and heart of angel. Let's go to Weaver Street for some brunch in the sun when I visit in the fall. I drove deep into southern Greece this weekend with you singing "travel well" in my jumbled little head. Made me calm as a pond on a windless morning.

Explains all the suffering of the creative class.
Again, sad, sad, sad, but true ...
But look, my lovely greek lady, at the beautiful writer that all that suffering has produced.
Just to turn up it a notch: Joanna, the commenter here and blogger, counts the NYTimes, Boston Globe, and NPR among her long list of bylines.
She quit her newspaper job in Raleigh a few years back when they wouldn't send her to Greece to cover the Olympics.
She ended up going over there herself and turning in stories for NPR and the Boston Globe.
Just don't call her "little greek girl."
Are you blushing Joanna?

What's amazing, is that I know you turned out that little piece of poetry in about five seconds flat.
See you in the fall.
