There isn't a toddler in the world who could resist jamming to this rhythm.

I know I'm probably giving away my age here (anyone wanta swap?), but this is the music I grew up listening to from my two sisters (7 & 10 years older). It blasted away day and night - or, at least, until my dad told them to turn it down. ;-)

Thanks for the walk down memory lane, Molly. Bo Diddley rocks!

And, oh, yeah, Ed Sullivan always had the best on his show. He didn't usually know what to do with them or begin to appreciate them, but only the best groups got on. :-)

I love how he jumbled Rhythm and Blues. What a strange man with a face for radio, you know?

Where would American music be with out him?

I'd love to take a class on Bo Diddley rhythms. Plus, I can't believe how low the volume is on his electric guitar. Unbelievable.

Glad to give the stroll, Merri.
